3rd step: 3rd+4th step doesnt giv value in 2nd step. what are we missing in it. 3rd+4th= 2T-2

@zabeer answer says 5c2 * 3c2=30 but shouldnt we reduce (1 * 1* 24, 2* 2*6) like in Q7
